For light to medium jobs
The Lowbake On Floor Down Draught Spray-booth is a simple booth designed for paint shops with light to medium work loads. It is designed to sit on the existing concrete factory floor.
Efficient design
The advantage of this design is that heavy vehicles can be painted without the problems of ramps and floor grid load limitations.
Low running costs
The Spraybooth is designed so that air is drawn from outside of the building via a galvanised duct work. Intake air is heated if necessary before being blown into the roof via a centrifugal inlet fan.
Intake air diffuser
The booth is fitted with an intake air diffuser, located inside the roof plenum, this ensures that inlet air is evenly dispersed into the cabin. Once air has entered the cabin it can be discharged through exhaust filter wall.
